The table below list our current delivery rates and methods. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the system.

Please note there is no weekend delivery or dispatch.
For Poker Chips, Poker Accessories & Some poker tables ,we use Fastway & An Post - A daytime contact number must be provided in order that our couriers can contact you in order to locate your address and ensure someone is available to receive your package. 

For larger tables and bulk orders we use various couriers and delivery can take up to 5 days.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Returns Policy

At CasinoShop we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, with the unique delivery code issued at the time of shipment and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items:

You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges, gift wrapping and other services:

We cannot refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Neither can we refund the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example gift wrapping.

To return an item:

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and the unique delivery code issued at the time of shipment, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

Lost & Missing Deliveries

In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If you believe the delivery is severely overdue , please send us an e-mail at [email protected]   and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number).
